To allow Facad Support to control your computer remotely, click on the TeamViewer link and run the TeamViewer program.

Please, inform Facad Support about the User ID and the password as presented in the TeamViewer program.

To allow Facad Support to control your computer remotely, click on the FixMe.IT link. In the web page that displays, click Start Support Session. Save and run the FixMeit Client program.

Please, inform Facad Support about the Client ID as presented in the FixMeit Client program.

Finally, click the Accept button to start the support session.
